Reelsites ("we", "us", "our") operates a marketplace that connects location owners with photographers, filmmakers, and event producers looking to book a space for a shoot or event. This policy explains what information we collect through reelsites.com and our owner and admin portals, and how we use it.

Account information: when you create an account (as a location owner, client, or team member), we collect your name, email address, phone number, and — for property owners — a mailing address and a copy of a government-issued photo ID used to verify who is listing a property.

Listing information: property titles, descriptions, addresses, categories, amenities, and the photos you upload to a listing.

Inquiry and messaging content: messages sent through a property's inquiry form, and messages exchanged between owners and our team through the in-app Inbox.

Usage information: pages visited and searches performed on the site, collected automatically to keep the marketplace running and to improve it.

To create and manage your account, and to let owners list, edit, and manage their properties.

To review and approve property listings before they go live, and to route inquiries and support messages to the right person.

To communicate with you about your account, a listing, or an inquiry.

To keep the platform secure — for example, detecting suspicious activity or suspending an account that violates our terms.

Published listing details (title, description, location, category, amenities, and photos) are public and visible to anyone browsing the site.

When you submit an inquiry about a property, your name, email, and message are shared with that property's owner and our team so they can respond.

We use third-party service providers to run the platform — for example, our database and file storage provider — who process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide those services.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account and listing information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll remove your personal information except where we're required to keep records for legal or security reasons.

You can review and update your account information at any time from your portal's My Profile page. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us using the details below.

Reelsites is intended for business use by adults booking or listing locations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, let you know.
